Curtains, tablecloths, bedcovers and blankets- nearly all our home textiles- are finished with a certain level of confection. If the form is appropriate, however the stitching ruins the whole picture; we can apply the never failing, always fashionable solution – the piping. When hemming is nicely done, but we would like to enhance the beauty of the textile, then again the piping is the key. In most cases the piping is done on a fabric cut diagonally or curved. In order not to ruin the overall picture, we should use satin bias that is diagonally cut as well.
