Procedure of 14 days cancellation:

Customer may allow to withdraw from order (according to the rules of the Government 45/2014 (26.II.) in case of standard or product on stock without giving any reason within 14 days.

The right of withdraw is not apply for products made to customers individual requirements according to regulation Article 29 § (1) c) This means cannot be withdraw from these products without giving a reason.

In case of product is not meets the standard or quality of your order we will repair or remanufacture. We will cover the shipping costs but customer have to take the responsibility of original or the same appropriate packaging.
